We are excited to bring outdoor lacrosse to our community this Fall in a safe and responsible way.  Registration is now open by CLICKING HERE.
We will offer skills and development sessions.  If you are interested in participating as a coach, please contact the appropriate commissioner by clicking here.
We have created and adopted a Covid Activity Plan that meets County and State requirements and can be found by clicking here.

Players being screened for symptoms with their temperature taken by parents efore practice. No player should show up to practice if they have any Covid symptoms, in contact with someone with COVID or if they have recently been sick.

Social distancing of gear bags when players enter the training facility, this also includes players bringing their own water bottle and sanitizer.

Both players and coaches are required to wear a mask to and from practice.  Coaches will wear masks during practices.

Parents are asked to refrain from congregating outside of their cars to watch practice.  Dropoffs strongly encouraged, otherwise, parents must social distance and bring masks for whenver social distancing cant be maintained.

Although lacrosse is a contact sport we also aim to limit excessive contact as much as possible during our practices. Players will be directed to stay apart when not participating.

   LTRC LAX At Home Resources

While there are an infinite amount of online resources, we wanted to connect you to some of the organizations producing great content and activities on a regular basis as a means to keep your kids connected to the game.

US Lacrosse-  US Lacrosse is providing a range of materials and content for all ages for the men's and women's' games.  Their #laxathome website offers a number of activities for players, coaches, parents and officials that is updated on a regular basis.    We strongly encourage all of our players and coaches to join US Lacrosse for year round information and a wealth of resources. Like many non-profits during this challenging time, they can use your support.

Premiere Lacrosse League (PLL) on Youtube- offering lots of quarantine workouts and lots of other info. on the league, players and teams.

Taylor Cummings Lacrosse on Youtube- Arguably one of the best lacrosse players in history, Maryland's own Taylor Cummings offers a broad range of info and drills on her channel.

Here are some additional resources and ideas to keep playing!
Lacrosse x Tennis (Lax game on a tennis court)
COACHES- this is a great time to join/log in to US Lacrosse and take advantage of the online resources including Level 1 and Level 2 Certification, viewing sessions from this year’s LaxCon meeting in January or brushing up on rules, practice planning tools or reading through the LTRC Coaches Manual.

We hope that everyone stays safe and healthy.  We all miss Lacrosse and the sense of community it brings.  Hopefully, we are starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel.  Take advantage of the weather and get outside and play some lacrosse!

Stay safe LTRC!
